Prior to joining InfraKAP, Dmitry has worked for 19 years at the Federal Medical-Biological Agency of Russia, including nine years as a deputy head, handling the regulatory, legal, expert and administrative support of the organisation’s operations.
Dmitry is on the PPP Co-ordinating Council of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, and has sat on the Expert Council of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation. He is also an Associate Professor and lecturer of the healthcare administration department at the Institute of Advanced Training, and the economics and administration department of the Moscow Academy of Finance and Law.
Dmitry Zverev holds a degree with honours in law from the Russian People’s Friendship University and was awarded a PhD (Law) degree and studied state and municipal administration, banking and finance at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration of the President of the Russian Federation. He is a qualified specialist in restructuring.
Dmitry was awarded a second-class Order of Service to the Motherland medal, and received a Russian Government award for achievement in science and technology in 2014.
